2. Future stage (20,000 users, average price 100,000 VND/user/month)

• Annual revenue: 20,000 users x 100,000 VND x 12 months = 24 billion VND.

 

• Annual profit: 24 billion VND x 90% = 21.6 billion VND.

 

• Profit-based valuation (multiple 8x): 21.6 billion x 8 = 173 billion VND.

 

Valuation summary:

• Present: About 2.6 billion VND.

8. Exit Options

We propose two main exit options for investors:
